Training Course Overview:

Step two of the three training solutions providing you with the essential skills that will enable you to keep track of employee related information and documentation electronically.

 

Training Course Content:

  • Load new employees on the Premier HR system
  • Load employee photographs
  • Process employee-related transactions e.g., training, disciplinary actions
  • Upload supporting documentation e.g., employment contracts, increase letters
  • Set up email reminders for vital events
  • Navigate and print employee administration reports, such as Employee Detail reports, items issued Lists, Disciplinary and Grievance Graphs, etc
  • Complete the termination process on the Premier HR system
  • Identify appropriate candidates for succession planning purposes and manage their development

Training Duration: 1 Full Day (9:00 – 16:00)
